The Virginia side has managed to break the UFL curse of losing at home!

A UFL team have finally broken the trend of loosing at home as the Virginia Destroyers qualified for Friday’s 2011 United Football League Championship Game by doing something very few UFL teams have been able to d and that is to actually be a success at home for once!

The virginia side have now won two of their UFL season games at their home stadium at the beach sportsplex. With their win against the las vegas Locomotive beating the locomotives in a very good game at 34-17 on week 2 and beating the Mountain Lions 28-6 in Week 4 of the UFL season.

These numbers however small actually go against the trend here at UFL which dictated that UFL teams seem to play worse at home than away.
